About us
Medicago falcata, which is widely distributed worldwide and grows in extremely severe environments, is an important perennial herbage and is considered a suitable plant model to identify gene candidates for molecular breeding of crops and herbages that possess enhanced tolerability against external abiotic stresses.
We present an abiotic stress-responsive transcriptome of M. falcata by sequencing crops grown under drought, high salt, and cold-stressed conditions, and comparing them with unstressed wild-type samples using next-generation sequencing platform. Because of security reason, this database was moved into local intranet and please click HERE to get full function.
