The ZnF_UBP domain is present in several conserved protein families:deubiquitinating enzymes such as mammalian USP3, USP5, USP13, USP44, USP45, USP49, and USP51.Unlike other ubiquitin binding domains, ZnF_UBP contains a deep binding pocket where the C-terminal diglycine motif of ubiquitin is inserted.
