We employ bioinformatics, comparative genomics, functional genomics, and systems biology approaches to study some important issues in
plant biology. Our work focuses on following three areas:
1.
Integrate diverse datasets of plant genomics,
transcriptomics,
epigenomics, proteomics and metabolomics,
etc. We aim to establish an integrative analysis pipelines
in crop functional genomics area.
2. Through high-throughput data analysis of transcriptome and epigenetic datasets, we aim to make some important discoveries in plant gene regulation mechanism.
3. Combining computational and
experimental technologies, we try to identify some key genes controlling plant stress tolerance, leaf senescence, crop yield, etc.
